New Forester, No signal left turn camera now

The cameras were all working when I left the dealer yesterday afternoon with my NEW Forester 2701DS. This morn, I got in the cab and started up the engine and I was going thru the little manual for the cameras and seeing what the remote does. I immediately got a "NO SIGNAL" on AV1 for the left side camera. The rear and right cameras work fine. The manual says to try a HARD REST by unplugging all cables and power cables from the multiplexer for 1 minute and then re-connect. Then check for tight connections.
Where is the multiplexer? I have looked under the dash on both driver's and passenger side, under the seat and under the hood. I don't want to take it back to the dealer for just a loose wire or needing a reset.

After much reading on the forum, I found the multiplexer under the dash and checked all the connection. still had the problem of periodic "no signal". I finally was able to remove the cover on the mirror arm and check the connection there. I was able to push it in slightly. I unplugged and replugged it and put cover back on. Been on a 4 day trip, no problem since!

Out of curiosity, how did you remove the cover on the mirror camera?

Yes, I removed the cover at the camera and found the wires secured with screws. It was removing the cover in the middle of the arm that was the problem until someone on the forum told me I needed an allen wrench. Came off with a little wiggling. Again, I reconnected the plug and no more 'NO SIGNAL" since.
