new guy here.... probably an old question

Have a suburban water heater, propane only. Pilot light ignites and burns nicely. Burner will not ignite. All other appliances (fridge, stove, oven) operate great with gas. Any suggestions?
Thanks!!!

Mine had a switch both on the water heater and inside. I had issues with the outdoor switch. There should also be one or two reset buttons on the heater outside. They are usually under a rubber cover.

This sounds like a thermostat problem.

While I am not as familiar with the gas only models, the thermostats are typically easy to change.
