No ac power

2017 SunseekerMB 2400R
Lost all AC power, outlets, HVAC, ETC... Hooked up to 30amp pedestal at park power tripped while running air and attempting to make coffee. Tried plugging into 110, no luck. GFI bypassed with no luck. Tried resetting all breakers which were not tripped, no luck. Turned on Onan and all power was restored. Things ran fine this way for several hours until we cranked up the microwave while also running the air. Microwave was on for about 20 seconds before something tripped again and again we lost all AC power. Checked breakers again but nothing had tripped. All DC functioning properly.

Any suggestions on things I can check before taking in for service? Any hidden breakers I may not know about?

Thanks in advance!
Floyd

Do not run your microwave when running your air conditioner when on a 20 amp or 30 amp supply. You might not trip the breaker on 30 amp service but that depends on if ANYTHING else is using power. Electric water heater? Uses about the same power as a small microwave. AC 13.5K or 15K BTU? 13.5 is borderline with other stuff, most 15s won't play together well. Low battery being charged can suck power, too. Coffee maker? Electric heater?
I shut off my air when microwaving. The battery is being charged, refrigerator running on AC, other things may be plugged in and pulling power. It's best to run large loads one at a time. If two large loads, shut off the smaller stuff that can add up.
Are you feeding a 50 amp wired TT? If so, TWO ACs?

Thanks Fonzie. I found the onan breaker and that is now resolved. I still have the issue when plugged into power, everything is dead.

I appreciate the post

I’ve re- read the posts but I’m still confused. Not hard at my age.

So forgetting the Onan.
You still have NO POWER for your AC powered items on board?
No one else in the park is having power troubles?
Do you have a digital meter and know how to use it?
Have you measured the park plug at the pedestal?
At your breaker panel inside, are the main breakers set ON?
If you turn off the feed breakers to converter, outlets, microwave, water heater etc, and bring each one on, one at a time, do any of them work this way?
Most importantly, does the converter work to charge your battery or batteries?
Troubleshoot in little steps, and report back.

ok lets examine what you have stated. reset all breakers that were not tripped. how about reseting those that did trip? go reset each and every breaker in the distribution panel and also on the pedestal. you say you have reset those on the generator.

if you turned on the generator and all power was restored then that says the problem is not after the transfer switch. i am assuming you have an internal transfer switch. this says the problem is at the pedestal, the power cord, or the shore side of the transfer switch. do you have an ems system in the shore power path? if so what is it reading? does it display an error and not pass power?

assuming nothing above has solved the problem it is time for a multimeter and taking ac voltage measurements along the shore power path. start at the pedestal. is it working? if so plug in the shore cord and measure voltage at the rv end of the shore cord where it enters the rv. if power is there then measure voltage at the shore power input terminals of the transfer switch. you need to determine where you are losing power in order to correct the problem.

Two things come to mind.
1) The transfer switch isn't passing power from shore power to the RV.
2) There's a loose or disconnected wire at the shore power cord connection (receptacle, transfer switch, etc.).
