No cable TV reception at the televisions

We just purchased a brand new 2015 FR Silverback 37BH 5th wheel and had it delivered to Florida on Saturday. Everything seems to work well except I'm not able to get the cable signal out of any TV outlet in the RV. I double checked the source cable that plugs into the Cable Input jack down in the service bay and the signal is perfect, but once I connect it to the input jack of the RV I essentially have no signal to the TVs with the TVs in the Cable mode. The Air mode works perfectly, switch TV to Air mode, raise the antenna and it's perfect, but only a very faint cable signal when in Cable mode. I know the signal is getting through because I can just barely see our RV park home page on channel 62, but it's so weak you can't read it. I searched the entire RV for a Cable/Air amplifier like my other RV had but none of the four TV coaxial jack plates contain the amplifier. I have exhausted all that I can think of at this point...does anyone have any ideas?

Check the antenna boost button, it should be off when watching cable

Yes. What palomino said. Button in for antenna, button out for cable.

You also need to scan your TV in both cable and antenna modes.

Try looking behind the main TV.
Look for a wall plate with a tiny black button on it.

Light ON - roof antenna
Light OFF - Cable TV

I have read other posts here where the cable/sat line are reversed on the outside, in other words, labeled wrong!

If so it is an easy fix from behind the wall plate. Swap the cable and Sat lines at the switch.

However it all moot if he can't find the wall switch.

Is it on the antenna itself? I recall seeing one somewhere online that had the switch on the inside plate for the antenna.

No, the amp is up there but the power and signal is carried by the cable itself. The power is turned on and routed up the cable and the signal is concurrently routed to your TV(s).

Turning the switch button "OFF" "deselects" the roof antenna and selects the cable input from the outside wall.

Manual attached.

Just thought the OP might have a different type of antenna since he said he can't find the switch plate.

In some camper's that plate is WELL hidden.

Not surprised he can't find it.
