If you turn the power booster off (the little switch with red light) do you get the same amount of channels?

I'll keep that in mind if/when I upgrade. Thanks again.

That's a good question, I honestly didn't try it with it off. I'll do that tomorrow. If so, does that indicate a bad switch?

Try connecting another television on that coax. Your television may be defective. I had the same problem and one of the boards in the television was bad.

Thanks for that info. I'll definitely try it. Will report back once I do.

Ota channels

I didn’t see that you turned the antenna to different positions and scanned again. If no luck move it again rinse and repeat. I had this exact problem and when I turned the antenna I finally got some stations. I know it can be frustrating troubleshooting. But I think it’s better to find the problem yourself and it will stay in your mind for the next time. Start here for suggestions and take it from there. Good luck!

My antenna is fixed, it doesn't move since it's an Omnidirectional antenna. So, there isn't an option of adjusting unfortunately.

Before tearing apart anything, why not purchase a add on flat type antenna, and connect it to the tv to see if you can get any channels? I have a friend that did that instead of tearing apart roof connections. He said it works just as good as the roof antenna did before the problems. They cost less than 40 bucks, and can get you tv until you can try other things?

It took me 3 camping trips before I found that switch so I could watch cable tv in campgrounds. Finally stumbled upon it using my flashlight. Some old style manuals would have been nice. [emoji16]

I got tired of messing with the TT antenna.
I bought a ClearStream 2Max antenna, telescoping flag pole, a flag pole mount and 25 ft. of quad shielded RG6 cable.
Mounted the flag pole mount to the rear TT bumper with U bolts, mounted the antenna to the top of the flag pole (after I took off all the flag holding accessories) and now it takes about 15 minutes for set up, connect, channel search and we usually get about 10 + channels.
If it is a short camping trip (4 days or less) I don't put up the antenna, but we normally camp 6-8 days so spending about 15 mins for TV set up isn't too bad.
When we're done camping, I remove the pole, collapse it (with antenna still attached), roll up the cable and place it all on the top bunk. It's not in our way and small enough that it doesn't take up much space.
One day I'll get around to changing out the TT antenna to a better one (maybe) but for now the 2max antenna works for us.

(flag pole mount is similar to the one I have attached to the TT bumper)

Do you have a way to switch between the cable connector on the side of the TT and the antenna? I only see one antenna connector for your TV so you may have a switch. Have you tried hooking up a signal to the connector on the side of the TT where you connect cable from a park to see if the TV gets channels that way?

I had static and pixilation with the antenna that came with my TT.
I just installed one of those Winegard "batwing" antennas, presto, 30 OTA channels.
The junk antenna I had was from a company called Continu.us.

We had a Shasta Revere 2016 that the television never would work. After buying a new antenna and it still not working the dealer checked the connections and the television wire wasn't ran through the trailer! It worked fine after they connected the wires! We ended up with an extra unnecessary extra antenna! That was the year we purchased two new campers! The Revere couldn't be pulled down the road safely. After much deliberation with the dealer (and they did buy it back!) we traded it for a Rockwood
Signature Ultralight! More $'s, but a much better RV. We still have problems with the Gage's not working properly though. Been replaced several times.

not sure if this will help with your situation or not, but I own a 2019 Georgetown and when I did a channel search I only received 4 over the air stations. The RV came with a King Jack roof mounted antenna that has a power attenuator inside. The connections to the tv were standard red, white, yellow audio and video RCA connectors to my in dash DVD player. The other was a cable tv type coax cable. I still figured that I should be receiving more over the air channels so I started looking into cabinets. Above the cockpit, I found an antenna switch (small box) that was switched to "cable" instead of antenna. Once I switched it to antenna, I did a channel search again and now have 16 channels.

Something similar happened to me except it did not allow me to connect to the campground system. Found the very cleverly hidden switch on the coax plate and got it to work. No mention in any manual, help document on Forest River site or any other search on Google.

Cable works just fine when we are hooked up to it. I am starting to think that the antenna is JUNK!

It also may have died. Omnis typically have an RF amplifier in them. They are susceptible to failure due to lightning, even at a long distance.
