No power or gas to fridge

We have a new sandpiper 365 and have absolutely no power or gas to our fridge. The plug in works (where the fridge is plugged in to). Help!

the frig requires DC to power the control board, so do the camper lights work (they are DC)? are and red lights on in the fuse panel (DC side)? even if not check the auto style DC fuse for the frige maybe swap it with another one.

without the control board the GAS and AC will not work
Also press the battery level check button on the switch panel are all lights lit, or two, or one?

Yup lights work. There are no lights on in the fuse panel. We are plugged in to a 50 amp site

Sounds like you have DC power then, my unit is not here so I can not look at it to help, can you see the DC control panel wiring when you open the outside cover, if so I'd look to a lose connection? Did this work prior, at PDI, are the lights on above the frig door (orange) on the control panel?

Yeah it worked up until maybe a day ago. We have a seasonal site and showed up to stuff thawing. There are no lights on (not even the check light) and no lights on in the fridge. They have been tinkering with the outside wiring and haven't found anything.

Sounds like it is something with the DC control panel, without that the gas will not fire on and the AC will not start, I do not know of a way to test or bypass it off the top of my head sorry.

In the back of the fridg is a plastic cover over the control board I think you remove cover by removing 1 screw and prying at two locations where it shows to put a scerw driver and under cover is a glass fuse for the 12 volts that they don't tell you about check and see if it blew......

Follow the two red wires that run from the power block in the back of the fridge. The red wire that goes to the right goes over to the flue on the refrigerator. Between the two wires there is a small resetable circuit breaker. Press between the two wires with your little finger. If it click you have found the problem. Go in & check to see if you have lights on the control board above the fridge. You should also have lights on in the fridge now. This circuit breaker protects the fridge for overheating, especially if it is out of level for long.

We tried that. Well we followed the one to the right and it met up with another red wire. Pushed the button between it but it did nothing. We don't have any power or gas to it yet and no lights on.

It has been hot here for a few days so perhaps it kicked it out. But our camper is level and has been running for 3 weeks
