NoBo 10.5 A/C Unit

I bought a 2021 NoBo 10.5 last year. I used the heating element once and it worked great. Last weekend I tried to get the A/C going and it never got cold. The fan turned on but there wasn’t any cold air coming in. I did have an adapter on my power cord just due to the camp ground having lower volt/amp hook ups. Could this be the culprit or would it be something else? Thanks I’m advanced.

Moved thread from the General Tech and Repair section to the Appliances and Electronic sub-forum since the OP's questions are specific to Appliances and not general questions.
