Norcold fridge issue on electric

Good morning and happy Father’s Day to all FR forum members!
We have a 2018 FR3 purchased brand new. Fridge worked fine on our initial trip. Since then it doesn’t cool when plugged into city electricity. Cools fine on propane. Have not tried it when running our generator. Any chance it could be as simple as a blown fuse? Back service area looks nice and dry. TIA.

Yes it could a blown 5 amp fuse in the control module. See link below. Also make sure you have 120 volts AC at the refrigerator plug before, could be a tripped breaker in distribution panel or tripped GFCI receptacle in trailer.

Thanks! I believe our model is 2118
I’ll try to find that circuit board. I believe this is the fuse on it?

Also is this the panel that I need to remove to get to the potentially busted fuse?

My friend had the same issue. It turned out to be the fuse box that is outside on the fridge got wet and after she dried it with a hair dryer it worked fine. Every time it is very humid or wet outside she has this same problem often.

Still having issues. Replaced all 3 fuses: 3 amp, 5 amp, and the glass 8 amp on the circuit board (with a 7.5 amp one; guy at Orilies auto said it would work) and still not cooling on city electric.
