Norcold fridge only on gas

2016 grey wolf 26dbh
Fridge will only run on gas.
Previous owner said he replaced all the fuses but still woudnt run on electric.
I checked internal fuses and fuses on back of the fridge and all looked good.
When pressing the on switch, it will light up green(electric) for a few seconds and then immediately go amber(Gas). The light inside the fridge wont even come on with electric.
When its running on gas, it works fine and the light inside works.
Thoughts?

That doesn't make sense, the light is electric so it should work whether the fridge is running on electric or gas.

Can you get to the control board? Turn off the fridge, unplug from ac outlet, remove fuses, remove the wires from the terminals one at a time and put them back on, reinstall fuses, plug fridge back in and turn back on.

I actually did that exact procedure when checking the fuses and board.

It been a while and wanted to update the thread. While researching this, I found another thread that listed the heating element as the possible issue.
I removed the heating plug and tested the resistance, ZERO.
Working heating elements should be at least 40 something Ohms that I remember.
Order a new heater element for $36 and installed it. Fridge is now working on electric and gas now!

by the way, fridge light is 12v so it works on gas or electric.
