Norcold refrigerator

Not sure if my first post went through but….
How can I tell if my Norcold refrigerator that is in a 2018 Sunseeker, 32 foot, Class C we just purchased works on both electric and gas or just gas.
Also how can I adjust the temperature as I cannot see any dials to
Let us make adjustments!

The temps appear to be factory set and if you want to change them the manual says what to do. Apparently, it's not done with a temp knob.
