Norcold refrigerator freezer door issue

Hello I have a 2017 Cherokee wolf pup 16fq with a norcold model n306rm8 refrigerator. Defrosting the freezer I managed to lean too heavily on the freezer door breaking both of the dowel pins that hold the spring loaded hinges into the wall of the refrigerator. Because there is no longer any tension on the freezer door gravity pulls it open and down. If you had a similar issue and repaired it please tell me about the fix. Wondering if it is even possible to order those pins from norcold? Thanks, Ken.

Hi Ken. I'm having the same issue with the spring loaded doe in my HW296 pup. I don't think we have the same fridge but I'm also looking for repair thoughts

The part numbers I replaced are:

Right side – Spring Holder Assembly/Evaporator Door-Silver Spring

Left side – Spring Holder Assembly/Evaporator Door-Yellow Spring

I saved this link some time ago because my last camper (open range) had a Norcold and everybody was breaking the hinge. I seem to recalk this is supposed to be an improved piece that don't break?
