Odd fridge symptoms Dometic 2652

The fridge cuts out and loses power. Check the 12v power block, all good. Check the power from the temp shutoff and I see good 12+v to the board. Doesn’t matter if it’s on propane or 110.

If I mess with the 12v line into the board, J4 I think, it sometimes comes back to life. That connector is nice and clean. And the weird part is sometimes just opening the fridge causes the power to cut out. Inside light goes out, auto lamp on the upper board is out, no cooling. Go outside, mess with the connections, it comes back to life.

Have I got a bad board?

Hmm. That could explain the door opening issue. But the boards power to J4 seems in good condition with no obvious worn spots. I’m on a trip right now so I am hesitant to remove the board to inspect the back of it.

My wife also informed me that the door is open when the power stops sometimes. And that only happens maybe 1 out of 50 times.

Today, I pulled the light bulb out of the fridge. So far, so good.

With the light bulb out of the fridge, it’s working like normal. I suspect the main board is bad and the load from the bulb was causing it to reset or something.
