old 2008 Dometic Refrigerator Will Only Run on Gas (not electric)

I have a 2008 DRV Mobile Suites with a Dometic Fridge. It's been hooked up and running on electric for months...The other day we had a power outage/surge, and ever since it will only run on Gas. Any ideas, tips, things i can try to get it back on electric? it's draining a 30gallon propane tank about every 3 days and at $25 a refill that's gonna get a little expensive. Appreciate any advice/ideas.

Your propane consumption numbers seen to be way off. I could go months on a tank of propane running the fridge. Maybe you have something much different. Do a search. There have been plenty of threads on this topic.

First thing is to check the breaker is not tripped and you have 120 AC at the outlet in the back of the refer.
