One Control issue

Kind of long but maybe someone has a solution. Had a new converter put in. When we picked it up, controller in storage bay wouldn’t work but inside panel did so we got the RV hooked up. At home, unhitched, but leveler icon was gone from panel and not available on app. Found the 10a fuse blown in front compartment, replaced, reset, leveler icon back, all seemed good. We are now in Colorado and nothing works from panel but lights. On app, everything works EXCEPT lights. A reset (disconnecting all power for 10 minutes) doesn’t change the situation. I’m not sure whether to leave it alone and hope we can get home with it like this, or try to fix it in case something stops working that we need to use for travel home.

Experiencing an identical issue today with our 2020 3011DS.

On arrival at our campsite, the Leveler icon had disappeared from the One Control onboard screen, and showed as locked (and proved unlockable) on the smartphone app.

All other vehicle and motorhome systems are functioning normally.

We double-checked to make sure that our rig had (as required) the motor running, the gear selector was in park, and the parking brake was firmly applied.

All four leveling pads are fully retracted and immobile. A quick check of the fuse panel and circuit breakers under the bed, showed no obvious anomalies. Your mention of a 10 Amp Fuse was intriguing, as I didn’t see any *10 Amp* fuses on our panel beneath the bed.

None of the labeling for the fuse box or circuit breakers we did see under the bed specifically mentions powering the leveling system.

The two circuit breakers under the entry step and the one circuit breaker under the vehicle hood were intact (not tripped).

There was no obvious rodent damage or loose wiring we could find, including on cursory inspection of the “rats nest of factory wiring” below the right drawers in the bedroom.

It’s not clear to us at this time if there is a separate fuse panel or circuit breaker for the leveling system, independent of the power control center below the bed.

Our next step will be to look at the CAN BUS connections behind the wall mounted Home Screen.

in the meanwhile, any insight anyone could offer will be warmly welcome

The 10a fuse is not in the panel. I can take a picture of it tomorrow but it’s close to the batteries if that helps. It’s in the middle of a wire. Doing the reset fixed ours temporarily (unplug from electrical and turn battery disconnect on and let it sit for 15 minutes or so). Mine randomly “fixed” itself but I feel that when we move it, it will happen again.

Thanks for the insight. If it’s not too inconvenient, a picture would also be welcome.

The outside leveling pad is directly on the backside of the back wall. You may not have an outside pad since you’re not a fifth wheel.
