One Control System - lots offline

My unit is a 2020 and has the one control unit. I had it at the dealer for service for 4 months and just got it back and the break panel was left out not attached to wall. I screwed it in and turned on the one control, and only had access to hvac and leveling. Everything else showed offline. I went to settings and did a resync which just got rid of the stuff off the screen that was offline. I did a screen reset and it comes back the same way. Wondering if there is something I can do to get it back? I really prefer not to go to the dealer if I can do it myself. Looking for any suggestions. Thanks

At the bottom of the one control frame is a tiny hole. Take a paper clip & push an end in the hole. That will give you a hard reset & you should be good to go.
