OneControl panel showing same outdoor and living room temp…
2020 37MBH…15k penguin 2 ac on front, 15k penguin 2 heat pump on rear. The front unit does not have an outdoor temp sensor on it, the heat pump does. The ac and heat pump both function perfectly fine, but the lcd oncecontrol monitor inside shows the outdoor temp and the living room temp as the same. I have a feeling that the panel is somehow not picking up the outdoor temp sensor on the heat pump and defaulting to the indoor thermostat sensor in the living room. The bedroom temp is reading correctly.
Things I have so far…reset the monitor panel…resynced devices on the monitor panel…unplugged and rest the main LCI Unity board underneath the trailer…unplugged and re-plugged the temp sensor on the actual heat pump. All to no avail.
Hope I explained this so someone out there understands issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
