Outside Speakers are too loud

We have a 2016 Rockwood Travel Trailers and the outside speakers are C. I am able to adjust the inside speakers A and B, but the outside C will not go down when I adjust the volume control. Does anyone have thoughts or input?

thanks....

I have the opposite problem with my Flagstaff Micro Lite. The outside speakers are too low. Also the A speakers inside are much louder than the B speakers. At some point I think I will pull the radio and see how the speakers are wired.

Do you have a fader feature that can control volume?

Same on my Mini Lite. I'm not a fan of outside speakers so it didn't bother me enough to look into it.

That's a good question. I will have to check next time I'm down at the river where I keep my trailer.

Like others, mine is very low when on "C", outside. The fader idea sounds plausible.

My 2304KS radio does the same thing, C setting way too loud and won't adjust.

Audio menu fade adjustment takes care of this

I was searching the forums because of the same problem with the outside speakers. Mine were extremely loud and the volume control didn't seem to work. I have finally figured it out. When using the outside speakers, hold the C button in to adjust the volume. Not sure why they would make it work in this manner and it has taken me a couple months to figure this out. UGH!!! Hoping this helps someone else.

On some of these Jensen AV units, the "A" speakers are a set of four, the fade takes them between front and back pair. The "B" and "C" speakers are a second set of four, the "B" set is fade front and the "C" set is fade rear
That said, have seen a number of them wired with "A" Front and "B" Front as the four inside speakers and "C" Rear as the outside speakers.
Probably depends on who was installing that day, as well ....

UPON FURTHER REVIEW ... The "B" and "C" outputs are both configured as "Rear" with respect to the setting of the FAD Audio menu option. At least as I just tested on the Jensen AWM968 that was factory installed in our Tracer TT.

The wiring diagram in the Jensen manual does not indicate a "Front" / "Rear" for the B- and C-pair speakers, and there is no mention of this in the written instructions.

No. I’ve got mine setup to play in my bedroom on “B” and all 6 outside on “C”.
