Overhead Bunk problem

Just bought a 2018 Coachmen Pursuit 32wc and during pdi everything seemed to work ok but now 2 weeks later problems occuring the most recent being the overhead bunk wont lower. I get a fault code of 4 red lights and one green light flashing. Manual says its a major fault with motor 2 , I think. Any suggestions

I think the first thing I would do given the code is if you can get at it check the connections to the motor may be just a loose connection. Test the switch also

I threw up a thread with a similar problem....but haven't received a response as yet. My issue is the bunk only lowered about 3 inches on the left. Now it won't go up or down. Is there any similarity to the problem where help is sought?
