Yikes.. I only know the IOS version.. current is 1.8.1 from Apple Store.. I think it's now called TV Towers USA from generally helpful software..

Update- I found and installed TVTowers by WaveSpark yesterday.
As I mentioned it didn't work. Showed a nice map with a green circle around
my location but no stations at all. There should have been several.
This AM can't find the app in the google play store. I rated it 1 star yesterday and said it didn't' work. Maybe they pulled it.... it only had 3
ratings when I installed it yesterday and they all said "for earlier versions".
So.... trying to find the one Herk mentioned and can't. Maybe it's Apple play only???
I have DTV Antennas and it's perfect when showing here at home in Louisville. It's OK most of the time other locations.

It hasn't been updated in 4 years. That's not good enough in today's fast changing world. As far as 'safe' is concerned, it is OK. Norton is not that smart after all. I think Norton is trouble and always has been. That's just this IT professional's opinion. Do what you want.

DTV Antenns gives you the map and points a compass to the tower. Go inside, point the antenna in the direction of the transmitter, using the compass arrow, and you're done.
Don't forget, for most people, your arrow on the inside of the antenna housing is not the direction which your antenna faces. If you have a winegard, it is 90 degrees off from that. I have had to show this to many people. As soon as they realize that, they magically get much better reception.
