I have a new FR3 with the double door Norcold Polarmax 2118 refrigerator. My question is: There is a small beverage drawer between the two crisper drawers. My drawer isn't on a track of any sort and isn't secure in any way, it's just slid in between the other drawers. Is this normal or am I missing a part.
I had emailed Norcold over a week ago about this and had given up on an answer. After posting my question here I did finally get a response with an apology for taking so long. My refrigerator is normal and the bin fits loosely between the crisper bins.
