Pressure cookers

Has anyone used these in their trailers?

What are the pros and cons of using one in a travel trailer?

I am currently looking at a few which DW wants. There is a smaller one draws 1000 watts and the big one at 1200 watts.

I see no difference using one in a camping unit than the house. I've never used one in the camper before probably because we don't do a lot of cooking inside. But it's a idea I just haven't pondered.

Looks like that will draw about 10 amps all by itself ----- doesn't leave a lot of room if you have a 30 amp service.

The reasoning behind this particular pressure cooker is that it replaces several appliances. it can be a slow cooker, rice cooker etc. This way we only need one appliance versus multiple.
