Angry Pulling my hair out!

Just got a Rockwood 8315BSS travel trailer. Can't figure out how to connect up my Direct TV sat box into the installed TV/entertainment system. It may be so simple, it's complicated? A call to my dealer resulted in "check You Tube".

The owner's manuals cover the Toshiba TV usage and the Genesis GT-3.0 operations, but there are no instructions or explanations on how the two are connected or how to use that " little white box" with all those RCA female plugs. I, of course, understand where the cable from my dish connects to my unit (outside connection box) but am lost from there. The back of the TV has a factory installed connection into the HDMI 1 slot, which leads me to believe the system is setup somehow to readily accept a satellite system signal. Can anyone give me details on how to get this working? THANKS.

Just run an HDMI cord from your satellite receiver to the HDMI 2 slot on the tv.

Start with post #16 in this thread. It will tell you what to do for the dish connection side of things. Do you want to use two receivers, one in the bedroom, or just the one in the living room?

Thought about that, but am trying to keep from drilling holes and routing cables. Don't fancy the thought of having exposed cables. Thanks for taking the time to share your idea!

Then posts 16 & optionally 18 in the referenced thread should be all you need.
