My 2011 Ford Kenwood radio/gps sucks. I want to go to an apple car play unit. Any recommendations on a good aftermarket unit?

I have a single din in my truck, and got the pioneer that flips up for Android auto, backup camera etc. I've been nothing but pleased with it. I guess the new way they're being made is without cd/DVD players, so that may or may not be a concern

I put a kenwood DMX706S In my tundra. For steering wheel buttons/controls i used idatalink rr2.
It runs android or car link for apple.
Stereo brought new life to my stock speaker.
Been rock solid sys with no glitches.

I ended up just putting in this generic system because I only wanted to spend under 200 bucks. It actually works pretty well and has a 7” screen.
