Gouged

Look in used appliance stores. May be a gold mine.

Dishwasher racks

Same problem, different solution.

Craigslist always has dishwashers in the Free stuff, minor repairs needed. I saw a Whirlpool like mine and emailed the "seller" to ask about the condition of the racks. He responded that they were fine.

I said I would pick it up and take it to the dump if I could keep the racks. He agreed.

A good bargain is one where both parties are happy.

Are you referring to the two bins at the bottom that can be taken out? If so, just don't replace them, without them you can get a lot more stuff in the fridge.

Sure like the generic container about the same size from Wally World, Amazon etc., been known to use clear Duck Tape then trade the RV.

Fridge

Our glass just broke. Ours should be covered under warranty as it is less than a year. Wondering how much that is. If it and drawer breaks again we will go to something different with other bins.

Really??? $70.00 for a plastic drawer? Needless to say I declined.
I think $70.00 is way over the top.
The think they have you by the short hair,,,
Dealer has probably added a little for him self also !!!

Price gouging, Really?

Has anyone thought of checking online for places that salvage trailers, 5ers, motor homes? There is a listing by states that carry used/like new rv parts.

Here's one that claims they are the largest RV Salvage Yard in N America.

Might be an issue finding interior parts though. May only sell the full appliance if it's in working condition and may not bother with interior parts due to low return on both warehousing space and labor.
