Angry Refrigerator complete power loss

Came back from a three hour trip from our 2018 Isata 32 RW and found the frig completely off after it had been running fine on propane for two days. Unable to turn it on at control on frig. Propane was on and we did hit a pothole in the road on coach side of frig and thought maybe that did something. It's still under warranty but we have three more days of traveling before getting home. Any suggestions??? Chris Christensen

Loose wire fell off? More than likely, you have a failure in the 12V power coming in, which runs the control board. I am assuming no status lights or indicators are coming on. If you fridge has a light inside, that should also not work.

Have you checked any of the fuses?
Some refrigerators have fuses on the back for both 12v and 120v.

What is the make and model of the fridge?

I am with Fred. Check 12v.

I pulled the whole fridge out on one only to find someone did not crimp a wire tight when adding a fan to the exhaust. I was trying to replace the board and when I checked the switch no voltage.

Thanks for the info. We got home fine without the frig and I will be checking power once time allows. It's in storage with propane off and I agree with your comment. Thanks again for info.

Check the thermal fuse. We just had ours blow for no reason. Was fine on LP when we pulled out only to find it completely dead 3 hours later when we stopped for lunch.
