Refrigerator, outlet woes

We had been camping for 3 days hooked up to shore power. Everything was working fine. After reaching for a cold one and closing the door, the refrigerator status bar lit up with the “electrical plug” light and the “fault” light blinking, and a beeping signal. I opened and closed the door a few times to no effect. Turned the breaker off/on, turned the shore power box off/on, no effect. Couldn’t solve it so switched to LP and refrigerator worked fine. (also tested on the battery mode, it worked fine)

Later noticed that none of the four electrical outlets worked. When removing the fuses one by one, none were blown, but on 3 of them a red light lit up on the circuit board next to the pulled fuse. (fuses #2, 3, 6)

I have limited knowledge of electrical systems, so before I take the rig to a service center, any advice or things to try/test would be helpful.
Attached are various photos; and below are some specs.

The fuses are on the 12VDC side of things (lights, fans and control boartds).

Your refrigerator is having a power issue on the 120VAC side. You mentioned outlets not working. Your circuit breaker #6 on the left side where the fuses are could be the culprit. Its labeled "refrigerator and GFI outlets". I would flip it fully off then back on to clear the fault.

Find the GFCI receptacle. Usually in the bathroom by the sink. Reset the GFCI.

Did you reset the GFCI outlet? Likely located in the bath area. That outlet is the first in line and is the control for other GFCI Protected outlets.

Fuses are for 12 volt DC systems.
Circuit breakers are for 120 volt AC systems.

This Dometic refrigerator model RM 8501 is a 3-way fridge, right?

I am an idiot!!!
Per the posted responses from "dalford" and "Bob K4TAX" I located the GFCI outlet near the floor next to the refrigerator, pressed the reset, and refrigerator is working again.

My head is down with my tail between my legs.

Once again the forum comes through. Thank you all!

Thanks for coming back with the resolution. No need cowering… we all have been here and you learned about your RV and the AC/DC systems.

On another note.. is it possible you kicked the test switch when you opened the fridge since it was down by the floor and fridge?

Yes, very possible. There’s a narrow gap between the fridge and outlet where shoes get tossed sometimes. Lessons learned.
