Remote readings of fridge/freezer temps

We haven't moved our 38Fl in 18 months. It stays plugged in 24/7/365 at our lake property. I installed the remote sensors on our residential fridge to track temps while we were not there. Refrigerator has maintained temps in the 40* area +/- a couple degrees. The freezer, on the other hand, Has tracked anywhere from -4* to +20*. ( +20* during the coldest part of winter )

My question is what temperatures do others see in their units and at what temperature do you throw away frozen food?

Thanks for your help,
Don

My home refrigerator does that. Temps go up as high as 26 during defrost cycles. No problem with the food so far.
