Most likely if the grill is perforated metal you will need to remove the grill first. You will need to use a small diameter pick in the holes to work it off by going around the perimeter until you can pull it loose from the speaker frame. Once the grill is off there will be 3 or 4 screws that will loosen the clips that hold the speaker assembly in place.
