Smile replaced Dometic frig condensation tube

The condensation tube that runs from the little plastic "funnel" under the drain tray to the exterior of the unit had deteriorated. I utilized this link successfully and accomplished the repair.

The trick was getting a hose small enough to run through the hole in the rear of the frig (9/16 in) and still go over the barbs on the "funnel's" plastic tube. I used a 3/8 ID clear plastic tube with 1/2 OD and some lubricant to get it on the plastic tube and over the barbs. The free end of the clear tubing ran down behind the frig and out the exterior inspection/vent hatch very easily. Its nice when repairs go mostly as planned.
