Carrier quit the RV market about 2007 I think. You can still find SOME parts by googling Carrier RV AC Parts. About 5 years ago I found an RV Service /Parts in South Florida that had "some" parts left. If you can find a motor it may cost about $100 or so.
With parts so hard to find it may be time to replace the AC unit ?
Thanks. That is what I am finding. I have an old unit with low mileage so will probably keep it a while in which case it is worth investing in a new unit as opposed to trying to keep a 22 year old unit running. I've been looking at the Atwood Units as a replacement. the reviews on Amazon.com are quite good. Anyone have strong feelings pro or con on the Atwood units?
