Replacing Converter

I am going to replace my WFCO 8955 factory installed converter with Progressive Dynamics. Ordering glitch at Amazon (my error), I got the 35 Amp (PD 4635) unit. How critical to return and get the 55 Amp (PD 4655) unit? Are the listed amps for 120V or 12 V? No inverter in use.

Thanks
