Replacing Dual XR4115 radio

I have a 2015 Viking 17BH with a Dual XR4115 radio. As far as I can tell this is a standard car radio. Iím retrying to replace it with something with Bluetooth capabilities. My question is how can I take this out. I have the stereo keys which I should be able to insert in the sides of the radio, feel a click and simply pull the unit out. Is there something else to it? Even after the keys are inserted the radio seems firmly stuck in the cabinet.
