Rockwood 8329ss -Replacement thermostat

Wondering whether anyone with this, or similar trailer, has replaced their thermostat (Coleman analog), with a digital thermostat.

The factory-installed thermostat I have in my 2014 Rockwood 2932SS is a "Coleman Mach" and of course it controls both heat and A/C. It works fine, but seems to be only accurate to within about 5 degrees or so (which I think is typical for analog thermostats.) I'd like to have a thermostat that's a little more precise and am wondering whether the stock thermostat can be replaced with a digital thermostat.

Is this possible, and is there a particular digitalthermostat (model) that would work? If so, is the installation fairly simple, or would it be better (for someone who's a non-tech) to have a tech do the replacement?
