Rv garmin 785 gps power cord

Comes with cigarette lighter plug-in but I don’t have that in my vehicle.
What should I use to power the unit while driving?

Most vehicles these days don't have cigarette lighters, or ash trays for that matter, but there should be a 12V Auxiliary Outlet. What type vehicle do you have?

Not seen a cigarette lighter in a car for years.
Not seen a car lacking a round 12v outlet in years.

Beware, though, Ford outlets seem to be direct wired to the battery and my Garmin will drain a battery in a couple of weeks.

Thanks for the link. I have the cigarette lighter ports but not enough. This way I can plug my USB adapter into one of them and have the phone charger and the Furrion going at the same time in one while the other has my TPM unit.

Cigarette Lighter Plug

I picked on up from auto store and installed it specifically for the GPS. No problems.

Our Garmin 785 will charge through the USB cable/port. In addition, it's got a 2 hour internal battery. There should have been a cable included for the USB charging.
Now I haven't used the USB for charging on the road, but I can't imagine that it's different from a power port connection.

You are correct about the usb cable. I found that out yesterday. Have plenty of those all over the dash on the sunseeker. Thank you for taking time to help me.
