I have had the RVLevelerPRO for a little over a year and it has been really great. On Sunday I updated my iPhone 11 to the iPhone 14 Pro. I noticed on the RVLevelerPRO app that it needed to be updated. When I clicked on the app it tries to update then says that it is unable to install because the app is no longer available in the App store. After investigating it I could not find it but did find it for Android phones. Has anyone else ran into this problem? I have tried contacting the developer company (Tumblevd.com) but I have not heard back from them. I tried a phone number but was unable to reach anyone.

Although I'm an Android guy. Try an uninstall/reinstall and then restart the phone.
If it's not available on Play, then DL the APK on line. Just google it. Good Luck!

It's not looking good for you. I think this is one of the risks of buying a knock-off product, unfortunately.

What knock off product are you referring to? The phone or the App?

I finally received a response from the developer:

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Our iOS app has temporarily been removed from the App Store due to the adjustment, and it will be re launched in a period of time. And Android APP can be downloaded and used normally

Hopefully it won't take them to long to get it back in the App Store.

The apple gestapo makes it obnoxious to get apps approved, and too many adjustments will cause it to need a full re-approval.

No, he said it would be back in the Apple store at some point. Hopefully sooner than later.

I received another response from the developer today:

It is expected to be re launched someday next month.

So, for those that have the RVLevelerPRO be on the lookout for it next month for the update app.

From reading here, it sounds like the app got yanked from the Apple App store for some reason. The developer is supposed to be working to get it re-instated, though it shouldn't take 2 months.

Your only option is to acquire an Android device and use that instead.

I received an email back from the company today saying that it will probably be another month before the new app will be available. Hopefully it won't be too much longer.

So looking at the forum, it appears that this has been a problem for over 4 months or more? I see th first post was on October 26 and it may have occured before the actual post. This is why I love my LEVEL MATE PRO. Solid company with a great reputation and have been around for quite awhile. Hopefully people thinking about this type of product will read the forum and heed the members advice...

Not quite sure when the app wouldn't upgrade and only noticed it when I upgraded my phone. I did a lot of research and decided to go with it. I had zero problems and am really happy with the product. I almost went with the Level Mate Pro but the RV Leveler Pro had great reviews. They have offered to refund my money but I'm going to give them a couple of more months before I reach back out to them.

I use the Level Mate Pro also and have since buying new back in early May moving every two weeks until November and every three to five days since then.

Was skittish about it since I thought I read it needed to be re-calibrated every now and then being on of the drawbacks.

Have not had a problem yet. Still right on the money. For some odd reason I put round bubble level at my bathroom sink, maybe for back up? Anyway it is always centered where it should be.

Just posting also for people doing searches.

I would take the refund and purchase the Level Mate Pro. I have been using this for over 5 years and it is great. When they upgraded from the Level Mate to the Level Mate Pro, they sent me a promotional price for about 30-40% off the list price. I then bought the upgrade and sold the original onEBAY for close to what the upgrade cost me. Level Mate Pro is a proven product with excellent customer response and service.....
