Satellite cabling difficulties

2018 Surveyor 201RBS. Cannot get signal through satellite connection. I have two connections on the outside. Left one is for cable and the right is for satellite. Inside there are two connections also. The bottom one is for antenna/cable with booster. The top one is for satellite but I cannot get a signal through. When I run the cable through a window to the receiver directly it works fine. Anyone else had this problem and found a solution like loose connection or incorrectly wired?

How do you know where you are connected to if both inside and outside are the right connections? Oh, they are marked and are always correct. But seriously, ohm them out or at least swap them around. On the production line one clown does one end and another clown does the other. The antenna booster should have no affect on the satellite antenna feed to the receiver if it is supposed to be a straight feed.

Easiest way is call Dish and have them send out a technician and he will get it working right.
