Satellite Kit?

If our TT is wired for satellite what do we need to hook it up? Is there a monthly fee? Do we buy a box? Do we mount our own dish or does the RV park provide them? Any input is appreciated! Thank you.

Do you have direct tv or dish network at home?
You can use either of those in your camper with a portable dish.

actually I think I have a similar question as 2Barnetts. My TT has outside hook ups for both satellite and cable, however once inside there is only 1 jack near each tv location. My question (maybe the same as 2Barnetts) is, where do you make the connection between the receiver and dish?

Yes, we have Directv in our home. So would we just add another box for the TT & get a portable dish? Thank you.

I take one box from home. I plug it in at the main tv in the living area and back feed the others through the antenna connection with the amplifier turned off.
Works very well.

well my home is cable so anything satellite I buy would be for the camper only, but with both cable and satellite plugs outside and only 1 plug by the tv inside, the order in which I would set up the box is unknow.

The inside connection is the Sat. connection. The cable wire goes to the antenna booster control.
