Shore power and 12 volt tow vehicle

Hello,
This morning while packing up to go home, trying to beat a storm just about on top of us, I plugged the camper into my tow vehicle not realizing I forgot to unplug from shore power.
After realizing, in less than a minute, that I forgot to unplug shore power, I quickly unplugged it.
I'm hoping I didn't harm anything electronically. No issues going home, everything operated as normal. Thoughts? Thank you.

You won't have any issues, don't worry about it.

Every time you are plugged in to shore power you have both 12vdc and 120vac systems energized at the same time. It is a non-issue.

Having your vehicle plugged in and shore power plugged in is no different.

You did nothing wrong or unusual.

Most tow vehicles have a relay between tv and rv to stop 12 volt power unless key is turned on so rv cannot drain tv battery.
