Sky 4 WiFi on Rockwood Pop Up

Hello! We bought a new 2019 Rockwood HW277 pop up with the preinstalled Ranger Sky4 WiFi system on the roof. The ON OFF button is in the coach. To connect the instructions say to turn the button ON, wait 3 minutes and then connect to the available WiFi from your phone. Mine is not showing up on my iPhone to connect at all. I’m wondering if it’s because the pop up roof is closed and the roof “cut off”’switch is engaged to shut down power to the dome lights as most pop ups have this cut out switch. Is this why the WiFi system isn’t turning on. Do you think the WiFi Sky 4 power is connected with the roof wiring and connected to the cut out switch? Thanks everybody

I would say it is if there power when up, but no power when down...just an educated guess though.

I'm going to throw in another question about the sky4...do the antenna unscrew to remove? I want to put a cover on my camper, but don't want to damage the antenna.
