Stereo - Genesis GT-3_0

I have a 2012 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite with a Genesis GT-3_0 stereo in it. For some reason this year all the controls on the stereo have gone funky... for example the volume buttons now may change channels, the channel buttons control something else....all the buttons are different except for the on/off, Bluetooth and speaker A,B & C.

We can control everything properly with the remote.

Does anyone know how to fix? thank you
