Suburban SF35F furnace blower doesn't shutoff

I just replaced the control board on my furnace with a Dinosaur Fan 50 Plus and turned the power back on and the blower started up with the thermostat turned down, the switch to off and the other switch on auto. With it connected to shore power the only way to shut it off is to unplug and on 12v the only way to shut off the blower is to turn the disconnect at the batteries off. Any ideas of what I have done wrong? Appreciate any help.
