Suburban Stove burner adjustment?

Hi, all. The first few trips when I used the Suburban stove in my Sunseeker, the flame adjustment on the burners seemed just fine...I was able to crank it low enough so that it was barely on, just like the old range in the Bounder. The last two trips I can crank it down all the way and can't get it to go low enough - I'm controlling the heat by taking the pan off the burner and putting it back on! The only thing that has changed is that we had the fridge door replaced under warranty (dented). Could the service people have removed (or knocked off) the stove knobs to get by the stove and put them back on improperly? Does anybody know what would cause this, or better still, have a suggestion on how to correct it? Thanks very much!

Could you be using a different burner ?? On my stove, only 1 burner will go down real low.

That's a good thought, so I ran out to the rig to test it...all three work the same when I turn them down to "low." HOWEVER, When I go to turn them off (the other direction), I can get them down to a "trickle" flame (which is what I use most often). Your question helped me find a "hack" that I can use, even though the "low" setting doesn't work properly. Thanks very much!
