We have a Forest River 2021 26' Sunseeker that came equipped with a combination microwave and convection oven,Model MCC1311ARB/MCC1311ARS, by Magic Chef and would like to replace it. The ergonomics, build quality and general performance of this oven is terrible. After less than 6 months of use the plastic number pad (controls all functions) is loosing several of the printed labels, the temperature regulation on convection is very poor, and there are a limited number of available temperatures to choose! The ergonomics of this unit are so bad, using it correctly is almost inscrutable to us.
Can anyone suggest a suitable replacement for this oven unit?
