Super Boost SPP^

I have the Coleman 13.5 btu unit model # 48253C966
Feel free to tell me the SPP6 is a POS.
My question concerns the wiring and which is the correct capacitor to attach to.
See attached picture. What are the two devices shown??

One is the start capacitor and the other is the run capacitor,
