Looks like a timer for 15 minutes to me!

It's a 2011 puma toy hauler just purchased it last week and it is an exceptionally great shape just some of those switches and dont have a book with it don't know what some stuff does

Well it's obviously a timer - just set it for a few minutes after turning on everything and walk around to see what goes off after the time is up.
Shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
Is it located in a bathroom?

Where is the timer located?
If it is in the bathroom, is there a heat lamp in there?
If the switch is in the basement maybe its for the lights so you don't leave them on?

Good... now we know it's beside the little panel that tells your tank levels. For those trying to help, please tell us where that little panel is. Is it in the bathroom, the kitchen, a hallway, etc. I suspect some of us don't know the layout of all trailers.

I was beginning to wonder if the previous owner had added it... but in searching the internet for 2011 Puma Toy Haulers, I've seen several models with the same timer just left of the range - therefore just left of the vent hood. I wonder if it runs a purge ventilator in the garage. Just guessing.

This shouldn't be that difficult to figure out.
First - have you removed the switch to see if there are any wires connected to it? Maybe someone installed it and then decided not to hook it up - not likely,but possible.
Second - just turn on all the switches,lights and appliances,compartment lights,etc including outdoor scare lights if you have them,turn the timer to about 5-10 minutes and see what's still on and off when the 10 minutes are up.
