I have a 2010 Grey Wolf 28bh with the Touch Audio VD-4000i audio system. I have been trying to preset radio stations going exactly by the instruction manual without success. Has anyone been successful with this and if so what is the trick?
Does your touch screen work good? Mine is really spastic and doesn't really react to "touch" most of the time. It's kinda garbage in my opinion.

My opinion as well. The cd/dvd door broke right after I bought the unit (little plastic tips that hold it in). Also had problems with touch screen. I got the Touch Audio unit replaced by the dealer under my extended warranty.
I got a new stereo on warranty today. Same damn piece of crap... Grrr.

I've always thought of Jensen as not being a good brand, but it can't be worse than what we have lol

I agree the Touch audio is crap My 2012 grey wolf 28Bh came with the touch audio system as well. in less than a year the touch screen stopped working. the system would work fine with the remote but no touch screen functions would respond. Dealer replaced it no questions asked but its the same exact unit. the service department could not tell me anything about it acted as if it was the first one they had returned. but who knows.Goes out again maybe will be more known and problems fixed. else I will Try the jensen also.
I had the touch screen in my 2012 Grey Wolf 26BH. I did not work well at all. At least once a day, I had to take the side cover off and insert a straightened paper clip into the reset button. I upgraded to a 2013 Grey Wolf 28BH this year. It has the Jensen system, which actually functions reliably.
