True Induction stove top issue

The left side of the top is telling me that the pot is not compatible. It is the one that came with the camper, and it will work on the right side. Just started a few days ago. Does the same with other pans as well.
Anyone have this issue before. Wife hates it, but a drop in gas is a little smaller from side to side. Thanks for any thoughts.

Do you have a cast iron pan that you could try. Although I suspect that the sense circuitry is bad on that side.

Called dealer for warranty, they are looking in to it. Have an appointment next week to get one of the slides adjusted. Hopefully they will have new top in then.
