TV Cable Doesn’t work for all tv’s

I have a 2017 Forrest River RLBHK 368. It has 2 Park Cable connections on the outside. Can some one tell me if both have to be connect? Thanks.

Are they side-by-side in the same housing? Often, one is cable TV, the other is a satellite connection.
