It's most likely the glove box gasket.

Have had similar issue with the sound bar which is in the slideout and shares the same circuit with Refrigerator ignitor and gas valve. Had issues with the ignition system and when it kept trying to light the sound bar would break up and put out static even when using USB's. Current draw was to high to run both. Making the assumption your TV is 12 volt and shares the circuit. Would like to separate the two, but running new wiring is a difficult task especially to the slide out.

The TV was permanently damaged so it went bye bye today and I installed a new Vizio with a regular 120ac plug. Works great. Thanks for all the posts.
Glove box Gasket! I love you guys!

D W I can assure you a sufficient amount of propane will cause your television not to work.
