TV issues?

Good morning all,
I need a little help with my TV.
We just recently bought a 2021 FR Vibe 24RL travel trailer.
While out camping at an RV resort last weekend, we could get some local channels off the antenna, but nothing thru cable(resort had 20 channels).
I've looked at the manual for the t.v. but it's not very helpful.
I switch input to AV, but all I get is "no signal" moving across the screen.
I'm sure it's something simple on my end, but I'm at a loss.
Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.
Thanks, Steve

By the way, we love the trailer, Just the right size for us(started looking at 5th wheels in the 34' range years ago)

first make sure your antenna booster is off! Then got to the TV setup section select cable and then run a auto channel check. Hope this works for you I should have added don't go to AV

Thanks Seadog, I'll try that.
Another silly question, where would I find the antenna booster?

most of the time its on the same plate as where the coax cable plugs into and will have a push button and small light.

Well, no luck with the power booster. Looks like the antenna cable is direct between t.v and antenna(thru the wall.)
I'll call the dealership and talk to the tech who walked us thru on delivery.
Thanks for the help SeaDog.

OK check where the TV is plugged in for power they hide the antenna booster in some strange places. if you have an entertainment center with usb and such check around there. good luck

SeaDog,
No luck. have 2 duplex outlets on wall with t.v.
Nothing else.
Worse comes to worse, we throw in a bunch of DVD's and enjoy them. Will see what comes from tomorrows call.
Still having a blast with the new TT. Love to go to the state parks and see what the great state of Washington has to offer.

Where are you plugged in outside? If you have two connectors, try hooking the cable to the other one and run another scan.

Mine has two outside, one unmarked, the other marked satellite/cable. This is deceiving, it is the unmarked one for cable.

And the tv input should stay on tv/antenna/cable or whatever yours says. Same input as over the air, just run a scan with the cable connected and the antenna preamp turned off, if you have one. Usually a green LED on antenna wall plate and a small pushbutton to turn it off.

The antenna booster plate looks like the attached photos. May be black, brown or white.

Thanks mac1_131,
I have the 2 connectors, labeled "cable/Satellite", just above shore power. Also have the unmarked connector on the other side, near an external outlet.
I'll try all 3 connections the next time we take it out.

Thanks to everyone who helped with my issue.
Out camping on the Washington coast this week so have now had a chance to test out the suggestions.
Hooked up to the unmarked cable connector and did a channel search. Got something like 59 channels. Some came in good, others were spotty and pixalated(better, but not best).
This morning I happened to look at the connector in the bedroom(no t.v. installed), and what do I see? The booster switch😁.
Turned off and no all channels look great.
Again, thanks for all the help.
